Bike Simulator

A custom-built bike simulator designed to raise awareness about the risks of high-speed e-bike use in urban environments.

The simulator functions as a fully integrated VR controller, combining real-time speed tracking with accurate steering, braking, and resistance feedback. Beyond technical performance, the challenge was to engineer a system that is both robust and highly portable — a durable, event-ready installation that can be deployed in a wide range of environments without compromising the user experience.

Key expertise

Custom hardware systems, including tailored electronics and PCB development, with a strong focus on usability in real-world conditions.

Car Simulator

A custom car simulator aimed at demonstrating the dangers of driving under the influence.

This fully integrated system serves as a VR controller while delivering a visually striking and immersive experience. Designed with mobility in mind, the simulator houses all core components — including the PC and electronics — within a compact and transportable structure. Its polished aesthetic ensures it stands out as a centerpiece at events, drawing users in while delivering a powerful message.

Robotic Surgery Simulator

A robotic surgery simulator in virtual reality with custom controllers that replicate the interaction and precision of real surgical robotic systems.

Because real-world surgical robots cost hundreds of thousands of euros, the challenge is to deliver a highly accurate yet cost-effective alternative. This requires meticulous attention to both hardware engineering and electronic design to ensure realistic feedback and precise control.

Key expertise

High-precision hardware development, enabling advanced training solutions that are both accessible and scalable.

Our Process

From Concept to Reality

Our hardware development process is grounded in a balance between technical feasibility and design intent.

Analyze & Research

We begin by analyzing real-world references and use cases, translating them into functional concepts.

Concept & Design

We collaborate closely with our clients to define the design direction, ensuring alignment with both their vision and practical requirements.

CAD & Virtual Renders

Concepts are developed into detailed designs — first through sketches, then refined in CAD. Using virtual renders, we iterate together, incorporating feedback at every stage.

Build & Deliver

The final phase brings the concept to life as a fully realized physical product, engineered and built to meet real-world demands while staying true to the original vision.
