You are passionate about innovative technologies, including XR and AI, and are ready to contribute to our growth across many industries. You want to play a crucial role in showing our innovative VR training modules and custom projects to a global clientele.

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Actively search for and identify new client prospects.
  • Participate in events and tradeshows, engaging directly with clients to promote OneBonsai’s VR solutions.
  • Lead the presentation and demonstration of OneBonsai’s XR products at various events and tradeshows.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls and various communication methods.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships with effective follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to customize VR solutions based on client requirements, including bespoke projects.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Provide thorough follow-up and support to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, contributing to both strategy development and execution.
  • Represent OneBonsai in international settings, establishing direct client relationships.
  • Offer feedback and insights to refine product lines and market strategies, leveraging client interactions and industry trends.

Ideal Qualifications

  • You have a Masters Degree
  • Expertise in sales, particularly tailored towards enterprise-level solutions.
  • Passion for cutting-edge technologies, including Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Skilled in market analysis and understanding customer needs.
  • Keen interest in developing and offering training solutions for business clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills in French, German, and Dutch are beneficial.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning and organization.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a sales and marketing context.
  • Established track record in recognizing and cultivating new business ventures and alliances.
  • Knowledge of XR training modules and bespoke XR solutions is desirable.
  • Competence in cooperative work with diverse teams and client groups.
