Your main responsibilities would include:
- Manage existing products and explore new sales opportunities such as (international) resellers and distributors
- Define the strategic roadmap with respect to the new products and product lines and their respective market strategies
- Manage new products from conception to implementation
- Find a product market fit for new products using an evidence-based approach
- Supervise that production happens according to predefined requirements and test the resulting deliverables
- Estimate the costs and income for each of the products and keep an eye on the MRR and profit margin per product line
- Guide the marketing department on how to best present the features of the products
- Internationalise our client base
- Follow up the customer satisfaction and reduce the client churn
