We provide Architectural Visualisation or short ArchViz. A This 3D service will bring new constructions to life. Typically, these visualizations are renders of buildings (still images), or virtual fly-throughs.

What is Architectural Visualization?

Architectural Visualization or ArchViz is a branch of 3D modelling which focusses on the creation of 3D representations of to be constructed buildings or projects. Using various techniques, a 3D render is constructed which will show in near life-like quality a visualization of how the new building will look like. This way, it is possible to showcase specific features, show the building in its new setting or highlight the architectural accomplishments

At OneBonsai we are able to create such ArchViz representations, but we can also go further and create a video or fly-through of this building. Additionally, it is possible to create a 3D model which in real-time can be rotated or scaled to view different angles of the construction.

Still renderings of new construction

Based on floorplans or sketches, our designers can create a still rendering of the new construction. This will typically include a number of images of near-life quality, all from different angles.

Flatscreen Flythrough

We can create a Flatscreen fly through your new building, based on plans you provide. In this case, we will create a 3D model and place a virtual camera inside. This camera will fly a predefined path, of which we will render a video. Such video can easily be shared on platforms like Youtube.

VR Flythrough

We can create a VR flythrough your new building, based on plans you provide. To this end, we create a 3D model of your building, and use special rendering techniques to create a 360 video which represents the flythrough. Such VR video can be shared on platforms like Youtube and viewed on a VR Cardboard or Oculus Go.

VR Walkthrough

The most immersive experience is the creation of a VR experience in which you will be able to walk through the to be constructed building. Using floorplans, we will create full-scale 3D model, which will be ported into a VR headset like the HTC Vive. This way, users can walk in the virtual environment and get a clear sense of the scale of the building and its rooms.
