A 3D configurator allows the user to change properties such as color, style or behavior of various part of a 3D rendered environment. The environment can contain a single object (eg car, chair, …) or a more complex environment (such as a kitchen, veranda, swimming pool, …). By allowing the user to change the properties himself, the sales representative allows the user to already specify better what he is looking for, and it gives the opportunity to talk in more details about the various aspects of the purchase.
